Tim Scorrer and his team were absolutely outstanding in their care and support for both our son and all of the members of our family. Tim's calm, methodical and overall meticulous approach has truly made the difference between our son living and dying. Not only have Tim and his team at QA saved our sons life, but they have also ensured through their attentiveness and medical expertise, that our son is making a miraculous recovery from what initially seemed such a stormy and uncertain start to his life. We are not medical at all in our background, but Tim and his team were able to explain clearly and simply what they were facing and how they intended to treat each symptom as the symptoms revealed themselves. By keeping us fully informed at all times and translating the incomprehensible into something we could understand, it helped us to deal with the emotional rollercoaster we found ourselves on. Being allowed access to the ward at any point through the day or night helped immensely to deal with the enormity of what we were all facing. Moreover, to know that no matter what time of day or night, Tim and his team would welcome my questions, or listen to my concerns, dealing patiently and kindly with myself and my husband, doing all that they could to be honest and frank about what we were facing. The level of care in NICU is outstanding. We are now exactly a year on from our stay there and I can honestly say I only feel the greatest of respect and affection for Tim and his team when I think back to those dark and traumatic days.

Our daughter was under Dr Scorrer's care at QA on the NICU, we thought we was very understanding and explained everything that was happening very well, since then we have had further appointments with him to review our daughters progress and both occasions he was very polite and helpful. Best doctor we have ever dealt with.

Our son was 10 weeks premature and the care he received was second to none. We were always spoken to about what has happening, how he was doing and what the next step would be in a manner that we as parents understood. All the team are so supportive and are happy to help in anyway possible. They made the very difficult time as bearable as it could be. As a family we felt very well cared for in every sense. We thank you for the amazing work you all do.

Mr Scorrer has been a very compasionate, honest and approachable consultant. He is calm, courteous and very understanding to concerns raised by us parents throughout the last four years from when our daughter arrived at a small premature weight of just 1ib 13oz. He explores all potential avenues of baby's health care and needs, ensuring the baby is well and parents fully understand what is happening and why. He acts quickly on concerns and will always deliver a speedy result. Fantastic Neo natal team at QA. Thank you. Mr and Mrs Benson.

Impeccable bed side manner and care that was given to my son. Everything was explained thoroughly to both my wife and I at every stage. There are absolutely no criticisms with Dr. Scorrer or his team. We are both extremely grateful for all his care and support. Many thanks, Marcus & Rosie Wolf
